Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Express Courier that we appointed:  Posstore 


What if customer wants to change express courier? 

- Of course, customers can choose a different express courier. However, they have to bear the delivery fees although free shipping is given.  Free shipping is only applicable when using Posstore.


How to track your order? 

- Please check your email for your tracking number once we have shipped out your parcel. You may visit the courier company's website  https://www.tracking.my/posstore  to track your parcel. You will be able to see your order status. Please contact our customer service if the tracking shows  'no results'. 


Return Policy: 

 Our return period lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed starting from the day of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- If the item has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. MR HONEY BEES FARM will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 

- In order for an item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as maintaing the original condition in original shipping container as received. 

- To complete your return process, we require a receipt from customer or proof of purchase. 


Refund Policy: 

- Once your returned item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

- If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed by refunding via original payment method that was made by customer within 3-7 working days. 


Late or Missing Refunds: 

- If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again due to processing time.

- If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mrhoney168@gmail.com. 


Exchange Item: 

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our negligence.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


The period of time that you may receive your exchange product may vary because it depends on where you are living.
